<p>As Management Accountant, you will be is central to the financial reporting and decision making of the businesses in UK and Europe, focusing on preparing financial reports, analysing data and advising on financial planning and decision-making. We are also happy to consider candidates who are located in other parts of the UK, as long as they are prepared to travel to London for meetings when required.</p>

<p>To be considered for these roles, you will ideally possess at least 3 years’ Tax Advisory experience gained whilst working for an Accountancy practice based in the UK. <p><strong>What is the role?</strong></p>



<p>The position would suit someone who is comfortable working in a small team environment and has experience in this type of role.</p>



<p>Ideally someone who can take immediate responsibility for the finance function and provide sound financial support.</p>

<p>They serve a diverse client base in a range of industries, providing various services including the full range of taxation compliance and advisory.</p>



<p>Their London office currently requires an Audit (75%) and Accounts Manager (25%) to work within a team of managers.</p>



<p>The role consists of handling a diversified portfolio of owner managed companies with turnovers of £1 million up to £100 million.</p>



<p>The work mix will comprise both audit and accounting assignments. As a portfolio manager, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for running a portfolio of circa 50 clients, with annual fees in the region of £500,000 upwards.</p>



<p>The relevant individual will have a 2:1 degree from a British University and will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years PQE.</p>



<p>The job function will therefore include: –</p>

<li>Liaising with clients and managing client expectations.</li>



<li>Organising and running all accounting and audit assignments for the portfolio.</li>



<li>Supervising and reviewing staff output, primarily accounts for audit production.</li>

<p>As a Qualified Finance Manager, you will report into the Group Finance Director and will be based at their UK Head Office in Central London.</p>



<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>This role will ensure full responsibility of all day-to-day financial matters for the European companies, including preparation of monthly management accounts for two entities to strict deadlines.</li>

<p>Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p>
